Jonathan Jackson, the founder of the Jonathan Jackson Foundation (JJF), embarked on a mission to make a difference in the lives of underserved communities in Kenya. With a background in successful property development through the Lordship Group, Jonathan recognized the pressing need to address poverty and lack of opportunities, particularly among the youth.
Born and raised in Kenya, Jonathan witnessed the effects of poverty firsthand. Inspired by his experiences of providing training to women in Kibera, he established the JJF in 2019 and acquired the Nairobi City Stars, a community football club. Through sports, events, and aid drives, the Foundation mobilizes youth for training, reform, and rehabilitation in the informal settlements.
The JJF is dedicated to empowering young people to start and manage their own businesses, breaking the cycle of poverty and providing them with skills, resources, and support. Jonathan’s unwavering commitment to effect real change drives the Foundation’s core values.
Through the Jonathan Jackson Foundation, Jonathan continues to uplift communities, inspire a new generation of leaders, and create a brighter and more prosperous future for Kenya.
