Currently, Feisal serves as the Group’s In- legal counsel and Company secretary. He has been an advocate of the High Court of Kenya since 2016 and a certified Secretary. Feisal holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Nairobi and a postgraduate diploma from the Kenya School of Law. He is a member of the Institute of Certified Secretaries (ICS) and the Law Society of Kenya (LSK). Feisal has diversified his skills and experience working for a top-level, award in an award-winning law firm in Kenya and multinational corporations.
Legal audits, corporate & commercial law, as well as real estate and construction, are some of his areas of expertise. This encompasses advising on real estate and property matters, preparing documentation for property acquisition, disposal and development, reviewing and drafting a variety of commercial agreements and conducting legal due diligence, incorporations, filing of event-driven changes, and corporate restructuring. Feisal loves nature travel and conservation.
