As Sr. Construction Manager he organizes site fit out works. Making coordination between all departments to make workflow with minimum turn backs. Also controlling Quality of work to achieve the high standards of the company. He is a dedicated manager not for doing the job right but also to share his experience with everybody on site and trying to train as many people as possible. Even though he has 25 years of expertise he is always open to learning things and believes that every single idea is important and always encourage people to take responsibilities and talk about their ideas about work. He is a strong believer of “any wrong decision is better than no decision.”
He holds a bachelor’s degree in interior architecture and environmental design from Bilkent University, Ankara, Turkiye. Worked at many prestigious hotel projects, Hospital, and residential projects.
