She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from the University of Calgary, Canada, and an MBA from the London School of Business and Finance, United Kingdom. With a diverse career spanning industries like Banking, NGOs, Pharmaceuticals, Duty-Free, and Real Estate, Jilna discovered her passion for Business Operations and People Management during her transition from Banking.
Outside of work, she enjoys planning her next holiday, reading, engaging in DIY projects, creating art, and spending time with loved ones. A fun fact about her is her deep affection for the Masai Mara, which she calls a soothing balm for the soul, and her impressive knowledge of its wildlife.
